It is listed at 123 N 10th St, Philadelphia, PA 19107, which places it among the local businesses of Philadelphia that residents and visitors turn to when they need this kind of service close by. Chinese restaurants in the United States range from steam-table lunch counters to white-tablecloth Cantonese seafood halls, and most fall somewhere in between: a laminated menu, a lunch special board, and combo plates priced a few dollars below the dinner menu. Ordering by number off the menu is normal and speeds things up, especially at takeout counters. Family-style ordering, where a table shares several dishes with rice rather than each person getting an individual entree, is standard at sit-down spots and usually cheaper per person. Many neighborhood restaurants are cash-preferred or charge a small card fee, so it is worth asking or checking the door before you order. Delivery apps cover most areas, but calling the restaurant directly is often faster and avoids the markup.
Hours are published for 2 days a week. On most of those days it is open 10:30 AMβ10 PM. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. You can reach Heng Feng Hand Drawn Noodles at (267) 457-5363; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions. Its website is hengfengpa.com, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.

Philadelphia is in Pennsylvania, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. Traffic in Philadelphia peaks on weekday mornings and afternoons, so allow extra time then. Addresses read from the street number up to the city, state abbreviation and five-digit ZIP code; the map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Heng Feng restaurant has a very small, cozy space, but we were seated quickly which I appreciated. The food itself was absolutely delicious definitely the highlight of the visit. However, the service could have been a bit more attentive. Our server didnβt really check on us, and when I asked a question about my dumplings (which looked a little different than others I noticed), I didnβt receive a response. On the plus side, the bathrooms were very clean and the total for everything came out to about $40, which felt reasonable for what we ordered. One thing to note because the space is small, noise carries a lot. There was a baby crying for most of our meal, so I probably wouldnβt recommend this spot for guests with infants. Overall, great food and fast seating, but the service and environment could be improved a bit.

Not having dim sum in the restaurantβs name definitely hurts this place with non-chinese potential customers, but maybe its better that way as this rather unassuming diner could not possibly handle the kind of rush / crowd the other locations get during convention weekends. But I think if you have a late night crazing for dim sum, specifically chicken feet and soup dumplings, this is one of the bests in china town I was genuinely blown away at how good the chicken feet was at 8pm on a thursday, and their soup dumplings were one of the best in philly china town. Its soup was savory, sweet, and not too oily, and the dumpling peels were a bit thicker, clearly hand made, with a nice qq texture. Their freshly made potstickers and cucumber salad were also incredible. I would argue they were must order dishes. We came here after seeing a line at Tomβs Dim Sum and having eaten at Tomβs before, I can confidently say this was a better experience. While it doesnβt have as pretty of an interior, the food clearly shows the experience of an expert chef.
